Who pays the platform fee?
By default we add the 5% fee as a booking fee on top of the face value — so buyers absorb it and you receive 100% of the ticket price you set. You can optionally choose to absorb it yourself.
When do I get paid?
Funds clear 24 hours after your event ends. We send them directly to your M-Pesa, Airtel Money, or bank account. No holding period, no minimum payout.
Are there any other fees?
No listing fee. No monthly fee. No cancellation fee. No setup fee. You pay only the 5% when a ticket sells.
What happens if I cancel an event?
We process full refunds to all ticket holders at no cost to you. The 5% fee is only charged on completed sales.
Can I offer free events?
Yes. Free events are always free — zero fee to you or your attendees.
Is Pro right for me?
Pro is designed for recurring promoters, large festivals, and organisations that need custom branding, reserved seating, and API access. If you run one-off events, Starter covers everything.
